BEFORE BOOKING
  • Please ensure that you are not sick as we work in very close proximity to your face.
  • If you currently have an eye infection/condition, it is highly discouraged that you undergo an eyelash extension service to avoid potential reactions.
  • Please be aware that this service requires you to lay down on your back and keep as still as possible for an extended period of time.
  • Please take note of the duration of each service and plan accordingly.
  • If you require extra cushioning or additional pillows to support your back or legs, let us know when you book so we can prepare them before you arrive.
  • If you're a little fidgety or cannot remain still for the entire duration, let us know when you book so we can allocate extra time for breaks.
  • If you are pregnant and would like to get eyelash extensions, please consult with us first to discuss your eligibility.
  • The minimum age to undertake this service is 16. If you are aged 16 or 17, you must obtain written permission signed by a legal parent or guardian to your first appointment.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for EVERY appointment. This will be deducted from the full amount.
  • New clients are required to complete the Eyelash Extension Consultation and Indemnity Form.

  • Please come with NO make up. This includes mascara, eye liner and oil-based eye creams.
  • Please come with clean lashes to avoid a $10 cleaning fee.
  • Remove contacts, if applicable.
  • Avoid caffeine in the morning as it may cause your eyes to twitch involuntarily, resulting in less time for lashes to be applied.
  • Please dress warm and comfortably.
  • You may be accompanied by one additional guest (7 years and over). Please notify us before arriving if you wish to bring a guest. Strictly no newborns, infants or pets are allowed.
  • Please take note of the duration of each service. If you're on a tight schedule, please inform us promptly upon arrival.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • During consultation, we will discuss your preferred style, lengths and curl to fully customise your lash extensions. These can be altered during refills.
  • If you have an image of your preferred look, we can use it as a reference and customise it to complement your eye shape.
  • Please note that not all sets will appear the same as everyone's eye shape and amount of natural lashes are uniquely different! This also applies at refill appointments as your natural eyelashes go through their own growth cycle and can influence the fullness of the final look. Factors include seasonal changes, medications, hormones, age, etc...
  • Try to remain still, quiet and relaxed. Your eyes may twitch while you talk, resulting in a longer appointment time or less lashes applied.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your booking fee and incur a $20 rescheduling fee at your next appointment.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $20 rescheduling fee at your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

No-shows will not be re-booked and the deposit will be forfeited

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are running late, a simple message is appreciated.

If you are strictly more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and incur $20 rescheduling fee at your next appointment.

Repeated late arrivals will not be rebooked.

ILLNESS

Should you fall ill within 24 hours of your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Your appointment will be cancelled but you may reschedule once you are well again. This does not apply to symptoms associated with hangovers so please plan ahead.

REFUNDS

Strictly no refunds are offered.

If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. 

If you experience major lash loss (more than 50%) or irritation within 72 hours of your appointment, please message us as soon as possible. This is given that you have closely followed all aftercare instructions and recommended procedures discussed during consultation. A complimentary refill or removal will be offered. If upon inspection that lash loss or irritation has been caused by not following aftercare instructions, the offer will be retracted and the full refill price will be charged.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE

Appointments made on public holidays will be subjected to a $20 surcharge.

APPOINTMENT SWAPPING

Please message us if you wish to swap or pass on your appointment slot to another client.

During busy periods (eg. Christmas holidays), appointment swapping will not be available.

RUDE OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TOLERATED IN THE LASH ROOM OR ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIVATELY MESSAGE US.
